Making a Positive Impact

I want to introduce the world of fitness to people who want to enhance their self confidence, physical shape, practical skills and level of conditioning. I believe working out, eating smart, and pushing yourself will teach you discipline and self awareness that will carry over and positively impact all other aspects of your life.

 

Tera Training is a mix of  strength, and endurance with a mix of fitness, boxing, martial arts and cardio.

1-on-1 personal training provides a totally immersive environment, It is an educational, personal program design addressing inividual needs to create a path to success.  It provides assistance, supervision, and motivation, with an emphasis on personal attention.  

Goals are set, the work is done and goals are achieved.  

Boxing / Kickboxing Training

Proper technique, practical skills, combined with a high energy workout that will take you to the best condition of your life.  Highly addictive, these workouts will crush you and leave you with a craving for more.  The result: Fitness, Confidence, Empowerment and a more Badass version of you.

Group / Semi-Private Training Sessions

Cost-effective Challenges

Groups of 1 to 4 people preferably with previous workout experience through our 1 on 1 sessions. These workouts
will provide structure and flow with a high energy, circuit
style workout, and includes boxing /mitt work
